All goods purchased from CNC Warehouse and associated companies are made to order, therefore we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds if a customer simply changes their mind.
We are unable to replace or refund items that are ordered in error - it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have ordered the correct items before completing any purchase.
In the unlikely event any of the item/s you receive to be faulty or damaged, then we will repair / replace the item/s as necessary. Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt.
